Mary Moss

Mary’s educational journey began at Elon College where she earned her BA in psychology. She then attended a master’s program at Appalachian State University before leaving to pursue her law degree at UNC Chapel Hill School of Law.

Mary was a real estate closing attorney for 10 years before making a successful transition into the title insurance industry in 2007. Over the years, Mary has gained significant experience with both residential and commercial underwriting as well as 1031 exchanges, disbursement services and escrow.

Mary currently serves on the Board of Directors and is an Ambassador for Cape Fear CREW, serves as the Communications Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Real Property Section, is on the Executive Committee for North Carolina Land Title Association and is on the Cape Fear Professional Women in Building Executive Leadership Board.
